Book Error in Clearblue Pregnancy Test My period is more than a week late so tonight I finally broke the value to try, I've been deactivating since I'm really scared of disappointment. I did the test by peeing in a pot and jumping the absorbing tip in 20 seconds, this for me seemed the most accurate method to hold in the urine flow for 5 seconds, and as it is the night and not my first urine in the morning I wanted to give you both a change of being exact and poss. I put it flat as it was instructed and after a minute there appeared a symbol of an arrow and a book, the instructions say that this means that there was an error with the proof that the test could have been turned so the absorbing tip could have faced upwards (it was not, I was careful to ensure) or that too little urine was put on the tip. It sounds ridiculous but I could actually cry with frustration. I really built to take the test, I pep talking to myself all the way in my car to work. Now I'm not sure what to do... try again tonight or wait until morning when my HCG levels are higher? It's not really ideal to take the test in the morning and then go to work, I can't think of anything else all day if I have the result I want! Also what it is to say that the same will not happen, as I followed the instructions to a T. Help! That's so frustrating, so much to get the courage to prove and also how expensive those tests are! Over a week late, though you should get a fairly clear result at any time of the day if you wanted to take out and get another test, good luck! I'd just do another test. The instructions say it's okay to do it at any time of the day once you've lost your period. Good luck! Concord with the pps if your week afternoon any time of the day should pick up a positive, it might be wrong but I think you've done it the wrong way I think (I'm happy to be corrected) but I think you should keep it under a urine stream for longer than you would, so stay under a 20-second flow or leave it for 5-10 seconds, if that makes sense, you might have luck! I think I will, but really disappointing when I really had psychiatry upstairs, really gave me a chat about how I would feel with any result and just didn't expect that mistake. Would they suggest doing the same method as before (pipe in the urine pot) or holding in the urine current? I don't want to cut it again! I've always pissed on itLmphy, which would make sense but according to the instructions, it's a... Raro! I think you have the right times. I just did the digital test and the normal one. Digital work (BFP -yey) but normal work is not. I don't think they're all cracked to be! I understand especially if you've prepared for it, personally I'm a dipper, can't you go and try it cheaper tonight then you'll know? Well, I would have thought it was the other way. Every day of school! I have no idea then OP only a fudged test I guess, frustrating @Josico58 the same thing happened to me! I was so upset when I saw the book symbol! So I did another one, but this time I used my phone on time 20 seconds exactly and it worked. I think I've calculated before that. Message withdrawn at the request of the poster. I'd try it too. I'm sorry you're going through your stress. Good luck, ladies, I just did the second test and I got a BFP! 2-3 weeks. I am at all shocked! It is curious to think that 10 minutes ago I felt so bad about the error test!!! Waiting for the husband to finish the job and give him the news! Don't think I'll sleep tonight! Thank you for encouraging me to do another test that would probably have turned out for fear again!!!! This is my first pregnancy, so now I just need to figure out what to do next! I'm so happy to cry! Maybe that's why I felt so emotional with the first test Oh and if someone is interested, I tried the other method this time (conserved in the urine flow)Congratulations!! Ahh congratulations OP! xCongratulations OP! I'm glad it worked the second time! Congratulations! Oh, I'm stunned by you! X Retired message at the request of the poster. Congratulations OP! Thank you all! The husband is delighted if a little surprised!
